Employers for Flexibility

Employers for Flexibility (E4F) believes that the workplace is best served when employers and employees are allowed to determine when, where and how work is to be done.

Led by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and key employer groups that represent large and small employers across diverse industries and sectors, E4F believes it is time for Congress to adopt a voluntary, credible and comprehensive national workplace flexibility policy (Workflex) that embraces the realities of today’s 21st Century Workplace and Workforce. 

E4F is dedicated to advancing creative policy options that allow the 21st Century Workplace to thrive, including legislation that encourages employers to adopt programs that meet the work-life needs of their employees and increase organizational success.

We support the Workflex in the 21st Century Act, a bill introduced by Representative Mimi Walters, R-Calif., because it creates a 21st Century Workflex policy that responds to the demands of the 21st Century Workplace, benefitting employees, employers and the U.S. economy.
